JEOR wants every shopping experience to feel simple, clear and considered — from the moment you choose a design to the moment it arrives at your door.
Shipping
Every JEOR order is carefully checked and prepared before being shipped.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
For orders within Vietnam, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and delivery partner.
International orders are shipped according to the delivery method and destination selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and the shipping carrier.
During collection launches, promotional periods and public holidays, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order. JEOR is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Vietnam, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
JEOR does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We currently offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 03 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are available for:
- Size exchange, subject to availability.
- Incorrect item, color or size received.
- Confirmed manufacturing defects.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Exchange Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn.
- Unwashed.
- Unaltered.
- Free from perfume, cosmetics or stains.
- Returned with the original JEOR tag attached.
- In their original condition.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Size Exchange
We recommend checking the measurements provided on each product page before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist before you purchase.
For customer-requested size exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact JEOR as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video.
For claims involving damaged, missing or incorrect items, JEOR may request an unedited, continuous unboxing video, from the sealed package through to the opening of the product.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by JEOR, we will arrange the appropriate exchange and cover the related shipping costs.
Sale Items
Items marked SALE / FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchange Request
Please contact JEOR before sending the item back.
Please provide:
Order number + item to exchange + reason for exchange + relevant photos/video
Once your request has been approved, our Customer Care team will provide the exchange instructions.
