Customers in Vietnam will see prices in VND, while international customers will see prices in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once JEOR has accepted and confirmed the order.

If payment has already been made for an order cancelled by JEOR, the payment will be refunded through an appropriate method.

For international purchases, banks or payment providers may charge currency conversion fees or other charges. These charges are outside JEOR’s control.

Cancellation

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.
